Warranty, Returns and Exchanges

Every LUNUAR piece is crafted to be worn and enjoyed for a lifetime. Our warranty program is designed to protect your investment while ensuring your jewelry receives the expert care it deserves. We believe in full transparency with our clients. Below is an overview of our warranty coverage and care recommendations to help keep your piece beautiful and secure for years to come.

Our Warranty Over Time

All of our pieces come with an inclusive three year warranty. Any repairs needed within the first three years of ownership are complimentary, unless the damage is determined to be the result of excessive wear, impact, misuse, modification, or work performed by a third party.

Your warranty begins on the day the purchasing client receives the piece.

Any work performed on a LUNUAR piece by an outside jeweler will void the warranty. Most jewelers are not familiar with our specific settings and craftsmanship standards, and we cannot guarantee the workmanship of third parties.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and owner of the piece. LUNUAR pieces acquired through resale or transferred ownership are not eligible for warranty coverage.

After the three year warranty period has expired, repair and maintenance services may still be available for a fee, depending on the nature of the repair.

Returns and Exchanges

Because every custom piece is created specifically for you, custom and made-to-order jewelry is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Ready-to-Ship pieces may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery, provided they remain unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please email contact@lunuar.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any resizing fees paid are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if we determine that an item has been worn, intentionally damaged, altered, or misused.

Incidental Wear and Tear: Minor wear can naturally occur over time through everyday use. This may include, but is not limited to, scratches and dents in metal, stone chips, missing pavé stones, loose prongs, rhodium fading, head tilting, and minor band reshaping.

Missing pavé stones can occasionally occur through regular wear. During the first year of ownership, replacement of missing pavé stones is covered under warranty unless the loss is determined to be the result of impact, excessive wear, misuse, modification, or damage caused by a third party.

Purposeful or Excessive Damage: Major damage can occur as a result of improper care, impact, or excessive wear. This may include, but is not limited to, severely misshapen bands, severed bands or heads, broken prongs, or damage requiring a full setting recast.

To help protect your jewelry, we recommend removing your piece while sleeping, exercising, showering, swimming, participating in sports or strenuous activities, performing manual labor, or handling chemicals and cleaning solutions. Following these precautions will help preserve the integrity of your piece and minimize preventable damage.

Manufacturing Defects

Manufacturing defects are fully covered under warranty. A manufacturing defect refers to an issue resulting from the original craftsmanship of the piece and does not include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, impact, misuse, or improper care.

Center Stone Loss

While we stand behind the craftsmanship of our settings, center stone loss resulting from impact, accidental damage, excessive wear, improper care, or modifications performed by a third party is not covered under warranty.
